Order Processing
We make every attempt to keep an accurate inventory count throughout this website. However, there is no guarantee that any product(s) is in-stock and ready to ship. In the event that your product(s) is backordered, you will be notified and it will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
All online and phone retail orders for pretty smith Designs™ products are processed and billed by pretty smith Designs™. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Returns
If you need to make a return, you must first call (352) 564-4110 to obtain an RMA#. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. No exceptions. You are also responsible for any and all shipping & handling charges associated with the return. Send all returns to the address above.
Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, you must first call (352) 564-4110 to obtain an EMA#. If there is a difference in price, your credit card on file will be charged the appropriate amount. In addition, there may be an additional handling fee, please call us to understand these fees. Allow 1 week for exchange to be processed.
GuaranteeAll items carry a 14-day money-back guarantee for product defect. Credit will be issued upon return of product.
