** By Placing an order with pretty smith DESIGNS®,
you agree to the following return/exchange policy:
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are only accepted if the merchandise is defective. If you need to return an item, and an exchange cannot be made, then store credit will be issued. NO RETURNS are acceptd after 30 days.
You are also responsible for any and all shipping & handling charges
associated with the return. All Sales are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMER MEASURES CAREFULLY: Custom Orders are Non-Returnable. These include, but are not limited to: Le Cristal Fleurit and Le Sorbet Rose Collars.

If you need to make a return or exchange, you must first call (352) 564-4110 to obtain an RA#.
If there is a difference in price, your credit card on file will be charged the appropriate amount plus a $5.00 exchange fee and return shipping.
Allow approximately 1 week for exchanges to be processed. No exchanges are accepted after 30 days.
Guarantee: All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee for product defect. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
Credit will be issued upon return of product.
